Life in a day

This was the first time my school joined the tug of war competition.  Well... not kinda the first but been a long time since like7 years we missed joining. And even though we lack training like less than two weeks to the competition.  We still got third place. Congrats to my boys for their best efforts.

Went for a short vacation to neighbouring  country Malaysia. Especially to Johor. Spent our time at Legoland Malaysia and Hello Kitty Town. The experience was fun for the kids but less entertaining for the adults. Legoland have great rides but couldn't enjoy most of it due to the rain causing some rides to be closed. Had to settle for the indoor entertainment and the some purposely wet rides. Hello kitty town, even for an indoor entertainment,  were quite interesting. Especially with the meet with the characters sessions. Overall the enjoyment  was a bit lacking.  But since the main thing are the kids. They had a good time. If ever were we to go there again, I'll make sure to bring more 💵💵💵

As planned, got myself a brand new camera,  bought a nikon D5300 dslr, I know its a bit behind as the new D5500 is out, but because of some of the specs that I surveyed. I went with the d5300. A zoom lens kit, 18-55 and 55-200. With a sb700 flash, sb900 the latest wasa bit out of my financial range at the moment. Took it for a test, and somehow found it interesting with the things it offered. Well for now, I can say I am duly satisfied.

Thinking of getting my self a new dslr camera. Since my nikon d60, which has proven its worth, have become a bit outdated. And also my interest in photography have returned. I decided to up the  ante and move from semi-pro to kinda pro camera. Still  thinking and deciding though on which to choose from.

Its 2015. Still slow on the blogging thing. Unless my internet service can improve themselves. Will try to fill up this year with lots of activities
