Karate Training at UBD
Went for training at UBD last Wednesday, since its still fasting month, so I went a bit easy on them. After some assessment on their present ability. Need some work to be done. I praise them on their spirit on wanting to join the AUG (Asian University Games). Well since some went for training with the help of Sensei Okida, so I will help them on their basics first and body endurance.
